Technology is awesome.
Going 165 miles per hour on a bullet train while calling my dad on 4G and messaging friends on different continents. Technology is framed as a given, but really it’s a privilege and I am so lucky.
Been so bad about communicating With yall. Sorry if i tried to drunk dial any of yall.

I’ve been so healthy since I moved too Korea. Not so much the diet but the fact that I hate ALL the junk food. Even traditional american brands like Dorritos and Cheetos come in flavors I can’t get used to. My brothers candy and snack package is going to kill me. If you want to live a better lifestyle move to a country where you hate all the junk food.

Metrosexuality is so ~in~ in this country that it’s so hard to tell who is a homo and who just looks it. Like for music festivals dudebros on steroids turn up all fake-tanned and in short shorts. You have to try extra hard to look like a ‘faggot’
If I learned anything from aus/nz coworkers your society...
I love that I can own salmon pink short shorts and bright blue pants here and not be called a faggot for wearing them.

Today I received a package from my brother containing skittles, tapatio, peanut butter cups, hot cheetos, regular cheetos, takis and those watermelon Mexican lollipops Rebanaditas. I think I’m going to make a sexy video of me eating all of it. I gave the mexican candy to my korean coworkers and they all freaked out, not because it was spicy (Koreans do spicy well!) but because it was so...

Me...

Y ahora me gustan.

Because of global climate change Spring has only lasted two weeks in this country. You can feel the humidity coming in and Summer is about to start. Winter is lengthy and nearly Siberian (there was a day we were colder than Russia). And Summer (when I arrived) felt like North Eastern Brazil and Central America. Autumn, like Spring, is this short little thing. I can’t get my head around this...
Why do the people who have all their shit together seem like the ones that are slaves to everything.

I haven’t perfected smiling with keeping my eyes open. Idk if my face can even do that. I was one of those goth kids and didn’t even learn to smile until 2010. I was in San Salvador and my Mexican friend Sandra came up from Costa Rica had to sort me out because I was ruining all her pics
Thanks oscar. Yeah that symbol means good luck. I think i’ll keep my smile when it comes time to selecting future cosmetic procedures here.

We were having breakfast at Paris Baguette yesterday morning. Annoyed that the sweet potato thing I bought was not sweet but meat-filled and savory gave me an idea. My mother can totally bring me Mexican pan dulce in her carry on for me. Conchas and puerquitos plz. I wished I could say I craved some ~*authentic*~ Salvadoran pan dulce but I didn’t grow up walking distance from those bakeries...

I just shared three bowls of 막걸리 (rice wine) and I’m biking the Han River tomorrow for the second time. Spring and Autumn are the best seasons here. My coworker showed me her beautiful sunset colored bruise from her S&M sesh. I’m a mother to japanese horned beetle larvae. 2 Intl euro-american men of color are trying to get into my pants. I’m buying my mom a ticket to Korea...

i’m so out of the loop . i just assume fmln is where it’s at
A few of arena’s diputados are becoming “independents.” I think the fmln is where it’s in or around but not where it’s at. I say that as a sympathizer to el frente, I think theres issues their too.

If it’s the workplace, though, you probably shouldn’t talk about sex and sexual stuff that publicly.
It’s not even that, it’s usually like “she gained weight, she has no make up, she’s toooo skinny” He was like “but I told you have nice legs today!” Yeah didn’t...
